Android 12 has finally arrived, and here’s your chance to enroll your realme C31 Prime in Early Access and experience it before anybody else.

What is the Early Access program?

This is a beta program that allows our realme fans to experience the whole new features for the first time. Keep in mind that being early software there might be bugs and some apps might not work properly. Installing the Early Access software on your primary phone might not be recommended.

 

When does the Early Access begin?

The application channel will open on 13th July 2022. The applications will be accepted in batches and only limited seats are available.

 

How to sign up

1. Please make sure that your mobile phone version has been upgraded to the basic version A.35

2. Please fill in the following questionnaire and make sure that the IMEI 1 and other information are correct

What do I need to know before joining Early Access?

Disclaimer - Thoroughly read and understand the disclaimer below before applying:

 • Please make sure your phone is not rooted.

 • To prevent data loss, please backup your personal data before proceeding.

 • Some third-party application versions might not be compatible with Android 12 yet, after updating these applications might not be available or crash on your device. Therefore, it is recommended to update all your applications to the latest version available on the Play Store before your update.

 • The Early Access versions may have an unpredictable impact on your phone and effect daily use.

 • Please ensure that the available phone storage is more than 5 GB. Otherwise, there will be a risk of update failure (To check the phone storage head to Settings > Storage).

 

 • Due to unpredictable factors such as network communication and strategy adjustment, it is not possible to guarantee that every applicant will receive the update. In case the update is not received, we suggest you patiently wait for the official release.

 

Submit Bugs / Suggestions 

> If you encounter any bugs or want to share your suggestions while using the Early Access software, please contact the group manager through the internal test chatting group (and attach a photo sample if the bug or suggestion concerns the camera app or photography experience).

Early Access Application

1. Make sure your realme C31 has a 60%+ battery.

2. Update your device to the required UI version → RMX3501PU_11.A.35

We will provide the Ver. A.35  Binary to upgrade.

3. Please fill in the following questionnaire and make sure the information such as IMEI 1 is correct.

4. Apply for Early access via the Software Update Application channel: 

(Settings → System → System Update → check for update).





Step 1: Download the rollback package onto your phone’s directory.

Step 2: Locate and install the rollback package: 

1. Download the rollback package to your internal storage and change the name to update 

2. Settings → System → Local software update →Select the “OK” button three times

 

Note: Please do not stop the progress during upgrading the system. Be sure not to forcibly interrupt the process during the upgrade process. If you feel it affects your use, please do not apply for the early access version.
