ralme UI 3.0 based on Android 13 has finally arrived, and here’s your chance to enrol your realme 9 Pro 5G in the realme UI 3.0 based on Android 13 Early Access and experience it before anybody else.

What is the Early Access program?
This is a beta program that allows our realme fans to experience the whole new features of realme UI 3.0 based on Android 13 for the first time. Keep in mind that being early software there might be bugs and some apps might not work properly. It might not be recommended to install the Early Access software on your primary phone.

When does the Early Access begin?
The application channel will open on 12th October 2022. The applications will be accepted in batches and only limited seats are available.
What do I need to know before joining Early Access?
Disclaimer - Thoroughly read and understand the disclaimer below before applying:
• Please make sure your phone is not rooted.
• To prevent data loss, please back up your personal data before proceeding.
• Some third-party application versions might not be compatible with Android 13 yet, after updating these applications might not be available or crash on your device. Therefore, it is recommended to update all your applications to the latest version available on the Play Store before your update.
• The Early Access versions may have an unpredictable impact on your phone and affect daily use.
• Please ensure that the available phone storage is more than 10 GB. Otherwise, there will be a risk of update failure (To check the phone storage head to Settings > Additional Settings > Storage).
• Due to unpredictable factors such as network communication and strategy adjustment, it is not possible to guarantee that every applicant will receive the update. In case the update is not received, we suggest you patiently wait for the official release.

Early Access Application
1. Make sure your realme 9 Pro 5G has a 60%+ battery.
2. Update your device to the required UI version → RMX3471_11_A.42 / RMX3471_11_A.43/ RMX3471_11_A.44
3 . Apply for Early access via the Software Update Application channel:
(Settings → Software Update → Tap on the settings icon in the top right corner → Trial Version → Apply Now → Submit your details and finish the quiz).
Known Issues:
1. Sudden Drop in backlight after 47-degree drop in brightness.
Solution: Slide the brightness bar to restore.
2. Games may crash probabilistically when logging in, resulting in the inability to enter the game.
Solution: Uninstall the game and reinstall the game package from the app store.
3. The AOD screen shows that there is no scene information function option, and other functions are used normally

Check Software Update – As always, this OTA will be incremental. The OTA will reach a small percentage of users today, and we’ll begin a broader rollout in a few days. check the software update, Just tap on the Settings menu > Software Update > If available for your region, tap on Download and Install.
