After the US, Samsung has now started rolling out the October 2024 security update to the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra in Europe. This update comes with fixes and improvements.

Galaxy S24 Series October 2024 update
This update improves the stability and security of the device further. This update comes with different build versions for the Galaxy S24 series.
The versions of the October security update provided for the Galaxy S24 series in Europe are displayed below:
- S921BXXS3AXI8 – Galaxy S24
- S926BXXS3AXI8 – Galaxy S24 Plus
- S928BXXS3AXI8 – Galaxy S24 Ultra
The installation package of this update is about 460 MB. Samsung will soon roll out this update for other devices. This update resolves all the issues and vulnerabilities related to Samsung and Google.
This update improves the security, stability, and functionality of the device as well as performance. This update is based on Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1.
If you use the European Galaxy S24 series and are on One UI version 6.1.1 then you are eligible for this update. Be sure to check for the update in About Phone by going to the device Settings.
